Unable to post to Flickr.com/mob with a pocket pc

Just as a "polite" notice it seems that users of IE on PPC are unable to use the posting ability of Flickr.com since IE does not support tags like <input type="file" name="photo" />. Reading this gives the impression that it is impossible to overcome using IE. Other Flickr Users have filed bugs at Flickr but with no response as it seems. I have posted this to flickr as well.
