I found that when moving to Ubuntu I had the opportunity to enable pretty permalinks in Wordpress. To my regret this is not an easy task. I was hoping I could recreate the permalinks that Pebble had to enable old links to "just work". I made it some of the way but not nearly close enough.
Google tells me that using Pretty Permalinks is no easy task but it seems to be doable.
